Welcome to our conversation class focusing on problem-solving! In this session, we will explore various everyday problems and discuss strategies for solving them. Through interactive activities and discussions, you will enhance your English conversation skills while learning effective problem-solving techniques.
Goals:
- Develop conversational skills: Improve fluency and confidence in discussing problems and solutions.
- Expand vocabulary: Learn and utilize vocabulary related to common issues, troubleshooting, solutions, and advice.
- Giving instructions, modal verbs for suggesting solutions, and conditional sentences for hypothetical scenarios.
Grammar Structure:
- Simple present: Describe current or common problems (for example, “My computer freezes during video calls.”).
- Imperatives: Provide step-by-step troubleshooting instructions (for example, “Restart your device and check if the issue persists.”).
- Modal verbs (can, should): Suggest possible solutions or give advice (for example, “You should update your software to fix the bug.”).
- Conditional sentences: Discuss hypothetical scenarios and potential outcomes (e.g., “If I were you, I would call a technician to check the wiring.”).
